We ship to all Canadian provinces for a flat rate of $50 per mattress. Orders over $600 ship free of charge. We make all mattresses to order in Canada and ship approximately 4-15 business days from the time of order. Please contact if you require more precise timing. All futons ship rolled, compressed and boxed . Take care when opening.

We use a variety of standard carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Day & Ross and Strait Express. Curbside shipping may not be available to some remote or hard-to-reach locations. In those cases, we can ship to the nearest depot or drop-off point such as a general store.

A 1-year Limited Warranty is included with every mattress. Body impressions are a normal part of cotton mattresses and are not covered under the warranty. The warranty only covers workmanship issues that materially affect performance.

All products can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order, less a 10% return and processing fee. Return shipping charges will only apply if the item is not packaged it's original packaging. It must also be packaged in a manner similar to how it arrived. For example, if you package the mattress so the package is 80" long instead of 60" long there will be a return shipping charge. The original shipping charge is nonrefundable.  The refund will be credited to the original payment method (less the above fee) within seven business days of receipt of the product. It may take longer to see the change on your card.
