Dear Mr. Massey,
 
A few years back (I guess it's been about 8 years ago now!) I purchased a queen sized futon from you.
It has been a great purchase and I really have gotten a lot of use from it.
Recently, a piece on the futon bed broke, and I was hoping I could order a new piece from you.
As you face the futon, the piece that broke is the left side front leg.
I've attached a scanned picture of the piece.
It's measurements are approximately 9.75 in high, 2.5 in. wide and .75 in thick.
The hardware that attaches the piece to the frame (Allen bolt and metal T-shaped nut) is also damaged.
Is it possible to purchase a replacement wood piece and hardware from you?

Thank you so much for sending the replacement part.  The futon is all fixed and looking great.
I guess we have no excuse now for why family and friends can't stay!
